- Ad-Tech & Analytics Platforms: Device identifiers or hashed data shared securely for attribution, performance measurement, and analytics (no selling of health records).
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Information disclosed to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect vital interests.
